Sally Beauty

Went today for a small purchase. The clerk asked for my phone number. I had to repeat it 4 times. When she handed back my change she got snippy and said that it wasn't so terrible to have to repeat a phone number, then stormed off. Manager refused to give me her name and said "she would talk to her" If you can't deal with people, don't work in retail.

This store has gone down hill since management changed. I miss the other manager that was there about year ago or so. She never disrespectful. Since this store is under New management after the the last few orders and today I will be driving further to get my products because at least the Lockport store is more knowledgeable. This store just lost my business until further notice. They need better employees and managers. I use to love this store now I don't. This store has changed so much. So disappointed in the services.

Just stopped in the Batavia NY store on a whim. Sales associate (Trevor) was very warm and welcoming. Jumped right out asking if I needed help. I was looking for a purple shampoo, took me right to product. Took time time to explain and show me product. Great Job. 👍👍up. I'll let you know how it works. Good employee choice Sally Beauty!

They have great products, but they have taken down most of the sale stickers. Had to go online to find out sales, as associates did not have any flyers. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Courteous cashier's and helpful. But they had a buy-two-get-one sale but only have one in stock? Why?
