Horrible experience. Got hair extensions from them 2 years ago and wanted to get the same pair FOR MY WEDDING. I brought my old extensions and had them color match and the woman matched the wrong color (the clips were even COMPLETELY different colors. She repeatedly told me they are the same color and that heat can change the extensions (I was skeptical) I went to my hair dresser for my wedding hair trial and she told me they don’t match and advised I return them for a different color. I go and the woman was incredibly rude. I told her that I have never worn the extensions and just paid 200 dollars for them. She didn’t care and told me to “read the sign”. I was never explained the final sale policy and it was on her to match my extensions which she INCORRECTLY did. I will never ever purch

It’s honestly a hit or miss with the staff unless you know exactly what you are doing and looking for. Dyed my hair recently and I’ve been doing it myself for years but this time the ends are darker than the top. I hate it. Half the time I feel like the staff does not know what they are talking about. I know a decent amount about coloring and cutting my own hair, but the color that was recommended was still way darker than what I wanted and what I showed them. And they will always force the shampoos and conditioners on you.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I was in there browsing around and the whole time I was over hearing the manager Jessica. She was talking to a coworker about another one stating so many horrible things. Basically creating a hostile work environment. If I was a employee here I would have contacted HR and complained. It was very unprofessional and the things said were definitely not manager material being snotty and so unkind. I've been a great customer for a long time now.

They never have things professionals need. When they get it in it is immediately already boxed for the beauty school. The employees then look at you and tell you to order it and have it delivered. I believe if I walk in to get things I need they should not already be packaged to go somewhere else. They can have either more product available for both their orders and the walk in customers.

Couldn't look with out them watching and constantly Can I help you. I was in there 7 minutes and I had one woman ask 4 times and when I said "I'll come to you if i need help, her and the other girl were snarky laughing so I left. I will drive the extra 30 miles, never had an issue in Cross Lanes Sally's
