I've been going to this location for years. All in all I can say, i've had a very pleasant experience with all the staff especially Winter. She is friendly and helpful with my beauty needs. Any questions I ever asked she was always able to assist me and had knowledge of the products.

They always have great customer service as soon as you walk in!

I was running behind, so I called the store in advance for a product check. I asked them if they would let me in if I got there a minute or two before 6pm when they closed. They said yes as long as I got there before 6. I got a great parking spot and rushed to the door. It was locked. The girl at the register firmly told me they were closed. My eyes pleaded but no way. I walked back to my car and checked the time on my cell. It was 6:01pm when I got to my car. I'm offended. They probably knew I was the phone call they just received a few minutes earlier. I feel they locked the door 1 or 2 minutes before 6 based on the time I got back to my car. Very poor customer service. Better for me to go to the store in Yucaipa.

It was a great experience. The manager, Magaly is very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions professionally. I will recommend Sally's Beauty in Banning to my family and friends.

I go a variety of hair product stores this one has a good variety.
