Walked into Sally’s and was greeted by Janelle and she was “oh lord she’s back” she then proceeded to speak negatively about my hair said it looks bad and how she is sick of seeing me over and over. She spoke negatively about another employee, Mars, said she didn’t know what she was doing and I shouldn’t have been “immersed in a conversation” with her. She was very negative, rude, and vocal about her opinion. She even involved herself into my personal matters, she claimed I was probably inside all day and I probably did not leave my house because my hair looks so horrible. Sally Beauty should be a fun environment and open to allowing others to experiment. Kicking myself because I didnt get the name of the wonderful woman that helped me but she has short bleached curls and she is a ray of sunshine and joy. She complimented my hair even though it is faded and messy but she gave me a boost of confidence. She is also hilarious and kind. And I know holiday times are stressful. She was a breath of fresh air :)

was sold the wrong developer for my permanent hair color I called to get it exchanged. I talked to a woman that has bright pink hair about 5 foot tall. She told me to come in. She would have it ready for me for the exchange. She told me not to worry about bringing back in the pink hair dye that I bought because I had already had it mixed. She told me to throw it away. I threw it away. I get there and management her name was Kalli refused to refund me or exchange bbecause I did not bring back my pink hair dye that was already mixed with developer in the bowl They really need to get themselves together and stop hiring people that don’t have a cosmetology license and stop hiring people that don’t know what they’re doing because then you end up with unhappy customers like myself I spent over $

This place is like Tijuana, Mexico. Every time I visit this place, I am bombarded with staff trying to sell me things the moment I walk through the door. The staff immediately start in with constant sales questions and upselling tactics, and it doesn’t stop - from the moment I enter until I’m checking out. It’s exhausting and overbearing. I just want to shop in peace and focus on what I’m looking for without being interrupted every few minutes. Then, after all the pushing at checkout, there’s no actual customer service — no “thank you” or “have a nice day,” just a receipt handed over. It’s such an exhausting shopping experience. Not enjoyable at all.
