Well per the Sally's website, we are allowed to stack rewards, the lady was rude about it and said she "might" have my product in the back but it wont be out til evening... idk i used to work at sallys and I would dig through boxes to find products for customers. just lazy people making $10/hour acting miserable. do not recommend

Wish there was an option to leave 0 stars. Went a couple of minutes before closing and the ladies there kept mentioning how much time was left before closing ( which I understand they’re tryna go home ) then as I go pay they say they don’t have change for a $100 bill because they’re about to close. I didn’t understand since my items added up to almost $50. Im more than sure she could’ve came up with the change from her register. I had to leave my items behind due to them not wanting to grab change.

I went in and didn't hv my cosmo card but I had a picture of my license and a photo id and the cashier was so rude that I just paid for it without setting up an account, and another person came from the back and said she shldnt sell it to me with the physical paper it was like everyone was so mad and literally ganged up on me

Love this Sally beauty location!!! Been having scalp problems for months. Mrs Saundra helped me find the perfect conditioner for my hair and scalp. She explained that the water here in Texas is hard. That it can irritate your skin or scalp especially if you’re from another state. I’m so happy to have met her and gained knowledge on the water issues here in Texas. 13/10 service ;-)!!!

I had a great experience at Sally Beauty! The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable — they took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. I really appreciated their friendly attitudes and great customer service. I'll definitely be back!
