Sally Beauty

I was just in Sally's today after not being there for a while after a bad experience last time. I had to go in today to pick up last minute things and the young lady keara greeted me with kindness and assisted me. She knew where items were and did not have a rude attitude like the last one which was horrible. Thanks keara for helping me and I will be returning back. Maybe the manager finally has some decent workers now.

It’s literally 5:01pm, I pull up and the sign on the door says closing at 5pm Because of bad weather. There’s no snow or anything. It’s just really cold. I had a pickup order. The cashier continues to say “they’re closed. Come back tomorrow.” It’s just a pickup order. There shouldn’t have been any problem with me getting my order. That’s poor customer service to me.

kiaira and dee have made my sally’s experience the best i have ever had. kiaira has only been working there for a month and knows every inch of that store. she had the best customer service personality and she made me smile the whole time i was there. 100% coming back and would recommend

I tried to return an online order I made at another location because one of the items was not what I ordered. The young at the cash register would not take the return with all the receipts from the order. She stated that I would have to take it back to the Sally's where I purchased it from because they mess the order up "so they need to fix it".! Again, the return was with a receipt. I tried to explain that that store was miles away and she stated that there was nothing she could do about it. "I should have been able to do a return to any Sally's which I was informed by the other store.! Some employees are not willing to go the extra step to make a pleasant experience for their customer. Will not shop at this location (Austell ) in the future.

I came to this location at 6:50 and the door is already locked even though it says they close at 7. Thank you Sally’s for wasting my time on a Monday evening :)
