The young lady behind the counter with the green/ teal streak was so helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was wonderful and helped me find the products I needed to cover my thinning and greying (in areas) hair. You guys are awesome.

I've been waiting to be able to go to this store because I'm disabled and can't do much too often. I asked for help and I got a little. I went to pay and they didn't have enough change in the register for me to buy my items. They suggested I go across the street to the bank inside the store to break a $100 bill! I'm not going there again! Terrible custom service. I left without buying anything! BS!

Closes early often and my experience is that they display signs of being annoyed with late-in-the-day shoppers...

This location is roughly 40 minutes from my house. I placed an order for pickup here because they were the only Sally store within x amount of miles that had my hair dye that I needed. I drove here with my 2 year old in tow. I picked up my order and didn’t even look in the bag for three or four days. The first time I looked in the bag was when I went to dye my hair literally the night before vacation. I realized right away that I was given three boxes of the wrong hair dye and thankfully had not opened the product. I called the location and it was hard to hear the clerk because their phone line is messed up. If I could leave 0 stars I would a Hispanic girl with long black hair was incredible rude had a bad attitude from the moment I entered the store I asked for help and she acted very rude didn’t want to help all because my English is not perfect proceeded to dismiss me overall it was a very discriminatory environment please do better with the people you bring to your team
