The young lady who helped me was polite and very helpful. I showed her a Pic of the product needed and she found it for me and brought it to the counter to ring up. I have difficulty walking and she stepped up. That's rare with this generation. Many thanks!

Tried returning $21 worth of product and only got $12 back because they wouldn’t take back a dye I tested out even though their policy is “love it or return it” and they originally tried giving me $6 back because I had the dye I used in a box and one of the dyes I didn’t use without a box so they also weren’t going to refund me over a BOX

Entered the store and was followed around, quite obviously, there were 5 plus other people in the store, but I was being stopped and followed by both of the only employees on staff, when I mentioned that it was bothering me the customer associate was quite smug and acted as if she didn't care. It was clear that I was being racially profiled so I went back in to quickly take a photo of the employees so I could have it for my records, one of the employees felt it was okay to physically touch me and tried to grab my phone from my hand. While I know people may be bothered by having their photo taken, it's a side effect of bad customer service culture and the importance of "proof" now, they could have easily asked me to not take pictures, which there were no posted signs disallowing, but she

The store in atwater california double charged me for my product s I purchased of 34.51 never got a refund or got my money back ..I even called cooperate office told them what happened...that store is a joke
