Sally Beauty

I met two (2) employees, one name Karen and the other employee's name is Mizan. They both were very pleasant and helpful. They both executed with knowledge of my care for the hair products that I needed. I was informed of the different type of colors (rinse) long lasting, more protection for the hair to keep from damaging. I truly appreciate the time and patience they both shared. Please thank them both and give them a KUDOS from me (The Blue Hair Lady) we enjoyed one another's input and laughed while we gathered my items I purchased for my hair.

Be VERY careful buying from this place!! I bought a trimmer that was defective and tried to return it within the 30-day window, with the receipt. They refused the return because I had “used” it once to see if it worked. If customers aren’t allowed to test what they buy, then maybe don’t sell them defective products. Terrible policy.

i walked in, was asked what i was there for, and she handed the items to me. i started to walk to where she was to see the prices and she was almost blocking the way to continue down the isle. she did not want me to shop around. she took the items and swiftly ushered me to the register. granted, she was at the register, but when other customers came in her greeting and demeanor was different towards them. very disappointing as she too would know what it’s like to be discriminated against.

Very unprofessional!!!!! I had an online order with confirmation email that I was not satisfied with so I needed to return it. I visited the sally beauty store at Connecticut ave to return it but the lady who was working there named Julia didn’t help me and she said she needs physical receipt. I even asked for store credit and she said. I had to call costumer service to guide her how to do my return when I have the order number. Sally beauty needs to train their employees and don’t waist people’s time on such an easy task. So irresponsible and inconsiderate employees in this store. Never go there.

Store hours state that they close at 8pm. I got there at 7:30pm and it is closed. I cannot even pick up my order that I paid for. No wonder Sally Beauty is going out of business.
