Sally Beauty

I am at the location in Ashland and it is 630pm they are suppose to be open until 7pm and doors are locked. I needed another round of color oops and was counting on them being opened this sucks. There is nothing posted either about them closing early.

Everything was super easy to find and the associate was super friendly and asked if I needed any help finding anything and the cherry on top was the product I was looking for was reduced prices so I got a great deal I would recommend this Sally's to anyone. I look forward to coming in for more color soon!

There are a group of girls that work in THIS store that are absolutely amazing! Customer service is what they strive for- and I know some people will disagree and that's fine. But there are also some people who come in there with a nasty attitude. They're definitely knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer- they figure it out. The store manager that is here now is without a doubt one of the nicest women I've ever encountered in my life, and with this company as some are not so pleasant. If I had to choose a Sallys in the area, I'd drive to this one - even if it wasn't the closest one!

Normally I have no problem, but I stopped by at 1 pm today (4/30) and the doors were locked with no sign stating why they weren't open. I would understand if they were on lunch but a sign is the least they could do if their not going to be open during advertised hours.

Went there in a quick trip while dropping our son back to college. The sales person there, Alexis, was friendly and helpful. Surprised they had a nice selection of hair care products for a small town.
