just went in this evening and had a color consult with Maisie. she was very knowledgeable and repeated all the info to made sure I understood it well...they are wild colors and I'm excited! great employee! nice shop!

Associates are not knowledgeable or helpful at all. Past two times I went, they were snotty. One associate followed me around and was harassing me about a mask. Now they want to charge you for a bag when you make a purchase!

Associate seemed preoccupied. The store was short on change which could have cost them a sale if I hadn't had other options. It also costs them money for a client to use a card. The store is hard to find because most locations sit more obviously in a center. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. I've been to much better stores.

I go to Sally's for all my hair needs! Someone always greets me with a smile, and asks me if I need any helo😊 Very fairy priced too❣

The employee working today was so nice, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful!
