I had to drive a while to get there because there isn't one of these in my town. However the young lady who helped me was extremely helpful gave me wonderful pointers on what to do with my hair color and told me if I had any issues I could bring it back. I can tell they also have employees who just stock the shelves so maybe keep that in mind. I wish they still had one in SLO.

the ladies working at this store are wonderful and so helpful and have such fun beautiful energy. i wish i knew their names but i was there on 10/03 at 7:00pm. they helped me get all the stuff i needed to start doing my own nails at home with builder gel and sign up for rewards!!

If I could, I’d give a 0 star rating. I purchased a product recommended by an employee having hope that it would work in the way she described. The product did not work whatsoever so I went back a day later to get a refund or even store credit. When I got there, the cashier who was helping us quickly told me that I wasn’t allowed a refund or store credit even though a refund is guaranteed if the customer is not satisfied.

Had a very helpful visit at Sally Beauty today. The young girl that helped me was very knowledgeable about her job. She explained to me all I needed to know to purchased all I needed. Answered all my questions she was very very good at her job. I think her name was Kat. I hope I remembered correctly I would hate to give credit to the wrong person. So Kat I hope you get paid for knowledge young lady you know your stuff. 🗝🗝🗝🏝🏝🦋🦋

Julia is one of the best employees I’ve met at legit any store, so keep up the good work. I met her last night while buying bleach and color and she was extremely friendly and funny
