The clerk who was working the register was very helpful. But when my 70 year old companion needed to use the bathroom facilities urgently or face an embarrassing moment. She asked to use the facilities and the manager sent her to a store down the shopping complex. I understand public restrooms are not always available. I confronted the manager in a kind and professional tone after my companion exited the store to make her aware she sent a 70 year old disabled person to another store 2 blocks away. The manager was not kind in return and lacked empathy, stating "Maybe she needed to go pee." She failed to be sensitive, lacked empathy, and blamed store policy with out accepting accountability for herself. The girl Sierra who helped me was absolutely amazing! I came in totally lost with bleached ends and grown-out roots, wanting to go ginger with chunky highlights, and didn’t really know where to start and she walked me through everything step by step with so much like knowledge and patience. I left feeling confident and excited instead of overwhelmed—thank you!

Closed the store early after calling and speaking to someone. Online open to 9 and over phone open to 9. Will escalate to corporate and want worker reprimanded. I paid an Uber to bring me just to waste my time and money.

I’ll drive across town before I come to this Sally’s again. I went in the evening 30 minutes before closing on 9/28 and there were two girls working, one was perfectly sweet with green hair and the other was a short, possibly Hispanic girl with shaggy black hair and she was unabashedly watching me and another woman the entire time. I was restocking my gel nail supplies and the green haired girl had already helped me, as soon as I thanked her she went to the register, but the shaggy girl stood behind me and the other customer the entire time. She was leaning on the next aisle with her arms crossed and staring daggers at us. She was so close and it was so awkward that we both looked up at her multiple times. Kendra was AMAZING! They didn't carry a specific shampoo that I've been faithful to for years, and she went above and beyond to try and locate it for me. First she called another local Sally's- they didn't have it. Then, she looked on the computer to see if any other Sally's locations had it, and she found ONE store. She then called them and confirmed that they did indeed carry it and wrote down their store information and gave it to me. I didn't ask her to do any of this, she just genuinely wanted to help me. If she did make a sales commission off of anything I purchased, then I would have happily bought something from their store despite not needing anything, because she was that good, and really did want to help me out of the kindness of her heart.
