If it wasn’t for Nayeli It honestly wouldn’t be a 5 star rating. I had went into Sally’s earlier in the day and the first associate only gave me minimum information as to what I needed for the color I was trying to achieve. Later in the day after bleaching my hair I went in to find a recommendation on after care and a color that would cover my hair imperfections. The associate there was also not very outgoing. To say the most she recommended Black hair dye as I’m standing there with yellow bleached hair…I just had given up hope and was just going to buy some random color. Until Nayeli came and asked very important questions from what I had done and what I wanted to achieve. To say the least I would have bought every product in the store if that’s what she recommended. The workers here are super friendly, especially Emily; Emily helped me choose the best products according to my budget, was very helpful, considerate and even wrote down step by step for my hair dye process ! Nicest employees I met in the high desert !

Disrespectful do not come here, I was there looking for a hair mask specifically Xmondo, the worker referred me to strawberry leopard and I had saw they had a sale, I asked her if her friends or customers had used it etc if they knew if it was a blue based product or a pink based purple. BASIC questions that I ask all the time at the several locations I have been to that are welcomed by workers that are cosmetologists, but in this store I was sideyed and treated as if I was saying outlandish things. that made me suspicious to them that I had questions about the products I added up my total myself realized it would be costly, I asked if they could hold a color that was the last one. I understand that they can’t hold the color after she told me they cannot but i literally was profiled for m

i go to this sallys very often. everyone there is so knowledgeable about products & hair care. i am always treated kindly & i never leave disappointed 🥰 the team here is amazing ! keep up the good work yall are greatly appreciated

This particular store is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Clerk was friendly, but all of them need more knowledge about what they are trying to sell. When asked, the girl said that the product I wanted was on the shelf or they didn't have it. She made no attempt to find out if it could be ordered. Sale flyers were not by the door. I had to ask for one.
