VERY nice girl helped me... she was knowledgeable,friendly, and gave tips about coloring my hair. She was also knowledgeable about fake eyelashes. Super nice, and friendly. She actually helped me twice, on different days.

My wife went into the store looking for some new top tier shampoo for her hair. She went in with my two boys and they all had boots on, no mud. The sales associate immediately gave her a dirty look and made comments about having just mopped. My wife promised to not make a mess and asked for recommendations. The sales associate immediately assumed she wanted the "sale shampoo", assuming by her appearance that we didnt spend money on great products. She then began insulting little boys talking about how bad little boys are and how mischievious they are. My boys are very well behaved and they immediately became offended by this. My wife left without purchasing anything purely based on this sales associate. We will NEVER be back again.

Came here to leave a review of my experience, and was shocked by all the comments regarding children. I was happy to find this location yesterday closer to home, less traffic. I got a front row parking spot by the door, so when I started to get alittle embarrassed of my children being children, I sent my youngest with my teen to the car so I could wrap up and leave the store. However, the other shoppers and the manager on shift were all pleasant still. She was able to help me with my color process, as well as noticed her happily assist other customers. This is the first time I've been in a Sally's where the consultants were actually helpful. The cashier was awesome she made my return and purchase simple. I would definitely recommend shopping here

I went to Sally’s pretty much at closing time, the Mgr., didn’t rush me at all and was very helpful. She actually seemed interested in my purchases which made me feel good. This store has very friendly people working there and it’s much appreciated.

I needed assistance with a certain product and was helped quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge of the product was helpful and she informed me on the current sale going on and I was able to take advantage of some savings. VERY Satisfied Thanks to the assistance of your team member with beautiful tangerine colored hair!
