I walked into the store with there being 3 employees about 12 :15 Pm today After about 5 mins I listened to all three talk about what shifts they were working who had a store key and which 2 were closing today. Oh and let’s not forget get lunch when Chipolte opens. So needless to say I never was offered any help while all three just stood at the counter literally doing nothing. No customer service. When I couldn’t find. What I was looking for I decided to leave but not before I said this to all 3 employees . Really there’s 3 of you and not one of you can offer any help? Friend has moved and lost a straight razor he had bought here. Asked if I would get him another and drop it by the next time I came down. Have never used or purchased one before so I got an education. The hard way. Stopped at the counter waiting 5 minutes for the solar employee to finish her personal phone call. Explained why I was there. She goes to lead me to them. Did I mention she and I are the only people there? She stopped 5 or 6 times to straighten this pick up and move that. Waves her hand at the appropriate section,. I point out one that looked appropriate. She rings it bags it and I'm out. No mention of blades not included. Lynette was very helpful and knowledgeable when I went in to get some dye for my dark hair. She even informed me about some products I didn't even know existed that are going to save me a lot of time.

It says on the website and at the door closes at 8pm, it's 730pm and it's close already...

I went in there Saturday to get some stuff for my hair. Finn and Rowan were super kind and ready to help. I truly Appreciate them being kind and actually being willing to help instead of just standing there behind the register. It was honestly one of the best trips to Sally’s that I’ve had. I’ve been going there for over 15 years.
