I come to this store at least 3 times a month and I'm very impressed with the new crew. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and organized! Great job girls!

A worker named Carter was extremely rude. My friend and I were searching for hair dye and some other things. While we were looking, she kept jumping into our conversations. I mentioned that one brand was horrible for your hair to my friend and she came out of nowhere almost yelling “that wasn’t factual”. I was using an app on my phone to see the ingredients in each product and she kept staring at us and following us. We got up to the counter to pay and she treated us so rude. We didn’t say anything to her at all for her to be like that. If you’re having a bad day, queen..don’t lash out at customers for no reason. <3

Either its bad replacement suggestions for items you don't have, some items are out of stock for literal months, or the fact this place never opens on time. Currently its been 90 mins past the time they were supposed to open and it's still not open. Not worth the stuggles tbh.

Went here today and talked to an amazing lady told me everything to get she was amazing she recommended a crème lightener I’ve never used a crème lightener so I thought I’d try it yeah I will NEVER use it again my hair fell out in clumps I used the 10 developer it didn’t lighten any of my hair no fault to the worker I adored she was very sweet! I just don’t understand why I try new things I knew it wasn’t going to work! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ION BRIGHT WHITE CRÈME LIGHTENER TO ANYONE It might not look like it in my hand but that was a thick chunk of my hair now I’m just stuck til I can figure out what to do next everytime I get bleach it always lifts no matter the color of my hair what was different with this stuff also had a STRONG smell burnt my eyes 🤣🤣 Like I said tho no fault to the wo

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I've never used anything outside of a box hair color before in my entire life, I went in there not certain might even buy anything because I didn't think I could do it. The employee helped me find the color I was looking for, explain exactly how to do it and made it simple. I will definitely be purchasing items from this place again!
