Had the item I was looking for and young lady that help was very courteous!!

I stopped by to purchase lightener that wasn't on the shelf but was showing up in the computer as on hand. The young lady politely let me know that it was in the shipment they just got but I'd need to come back in 2 days once they put it out. I asked if her manager was there and she told me she was on a conference call. Since I called before driving there and was told they had the product that I needed for two upcoming client appointments I asked her to please have her manager assist us. The young lady went to the back and the manager emerged totally annoyed. I smiled and asked her if she could help me save a couple lives speaking of my clients that was scheduled for highlights in 30 min.
