Beyond pissed. The two girls were more worried about flirting with my husband then actually getting me the right product!!! Thank God I didnt touch my hair with it or I would be pissed right now!!!! This is the main reason why I drive to the STOW LOCATION!!! I never run into this problem!!!!

Closed for a break is TERRIBLE customer service and unnecessary as a manger of another store😂. Hire appropriate staff maybe. At least have it listed on your hours 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 during rush hour may I add!

I went in looking for a new hairbrush. Rylin who was working the counter was very kind and greeted me at the door. She was also very helpful with showing me where their selection was located in the store. And going above and beyond gave me much need insight on which brush would be best for my style of hair. Overall my visit to the Alliance Sally’s location was great and Rylin went above and beyond. Will definitely come back in the future

I was in there the other day with my 12 year old daughter to buy some make up and hair treatment and a Lady with blone streaks in her hair was nothing but rude so I took my business to Walmart to get my supplies. I will never be shopping at Sally's again!

Not well stocked, didn’t have the main products I went in for and I was pretty much ignored.
