Sarah was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the beginning! I’m grateful for employees like her who take the time to help me select the correct product and inform me of why I may or may not need certain products!

Super friendly and helpful staff! I was looking for something very specific and hard to find, and both employees went above and beyond to help me and find options for me. I didn’t end up finding something that worked, but they helped me find brands/other things to look into and do research on. One of them had bright pink hair and really awesome piercings, the other person had short/cool colored hair. Amazing service!! <3

Went in there for the first time today looking for pink hair dye and came cross ally and Annabella both some lovely ladies who helped me get just what I needed with the money I had :)

Did an order pick-up that had a little bit of a mixup, but was just the website itself not the store, but the girl who helped me was so sweet and helpful! Still got everything I wanted to pick-up, the store was bright and clean, everything was very organized, and of course the girl who helped me was so nice to talk to and helpful. I’m not from Albuquerque but from Santa Fe, and the Sally Beauty’s in ABQ have been great (the Santa Fe locations don’t feel as welcoming), and my experience here makes me want to always come to this store if possible!

Love having my pedicure done at this location! Great selection of colors and the staff is very welcoming. No hard sales pitch to upsell you which is nice. Massage chairs are very relaxing too.
