went to pick up some hair supplies today and the two people working were incredibly helpful, sweet, and efficient. Really enjoyable experience, can't wait to come back for some color for my greys!

I appreciate the attentiveness from the staff and the strong product knowledge, as I usually have no idea what I want/need/am looking for but the humans here are so helpful and kind!

I love shopping at this Sally's! Every time I go in the staff are friendly, welcoming and so helpful. I'm a local hairdresser and I've been having a bad string of luck with some Wahl trimmers that I bought here and I couldn't get ahold of Wahl for help with my warranty. Well I came in one day to switch trimmer brands and was venting about the trouble I was having, they felt really bad and had their manager Frankie contact me the next day. They got some information and sent an inquiry to Wahl on my behalf and suddenly Wahl was able to get back to me! The team here are so caring and are truly beautiful souls

So I’ve been shopping at Sally’s for 28 years and I’ve never had an issue up until now. Kristen who works at the Albany store was absolutely unhelpful and rude and felt the need to not help me with letting me know when the manager would be in in regards to my product that I needed to return. I spent over $50 on product That needed to go back so I could get my money back due to the fact that I would not be using that product now I am a very happy Sally’s customer and I do plan on continuing my business with Sally’s but not with the Albany Sally’s I will continue to be going to the Corvallis Sally’s Now. Kristen apparently cannot pull up peoples product on your phone number for receipts, but Corvallis apparently can see all the products that you have purchased now Kristen was not very helpf

I dye my hair all the time and I love going to Sally's for supplies. They carry quality products at great prices, but more importantly, the staff are always amazing. They really know their stuff and are always so happy to help! I love that they also seem to use the products so they have personal experience, and they just look cool as hell.
