Rude lady answered the phone overcharging me for a haircut for my 4 year old daughter. She was charging $43 for a haircut and that’s not even including a blow dry. I told her that the price was way too high for just a haircut. She said she’s charging that price because children “move” a lot. What does children moving during a haircut/ not moving have to do with the price of a haircut? This lady is ridiculous and rude. Be realistic. Do not come here if you have daughters and are looking somewhere to cut their hair, go elsewhere.

This is the one place I take my boys, too. They love getting comb overs. They do an amazing job! Avoid weekends- they're crowded! Ask for Cathy or Tony. They do the best work! My husband has been coming to Cathy for many years.

Came here to get my hair done ombré blonde and this lady botched my hair big time it’s so blotchy I have white hair in the bottom and orange yellow tones on top. And I paid $250 because I have a lot of hair but if you’re gonna have this as your job take your time and do it right after being there 5 hours this lady looked tired and fed up and just took my foils off and just wanted me out of there I will not be returning to this salon. DO BETTER SALEM BEAUTY SALON.

walked in and was sat in a chair right away, FINALLY found a place where service was amazing and Amy cut my hair and left it looking so beautiful
