Amazing and magical experience. Anna has excellent skills and is professional. I have a lot of pain and soreness from shoveling snow. Her massage relieved my aches and pains greatly. Just as important, she speaks English well and is well-educated. She explains patiently the techniques she is applying. It was really awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Have always had an amazing experience here for massages. I usually see coco but all the staff is great. Warm and inviting environment and they are so accommodating to any requests I have. Will be regularly returning for sure.

They do a great job with services. Very thorough. Different strengths offered. Massages feel amazing. Reasonable priced. Clean facilities and rooms very nice. Bathroom is clean. Suggestion and advice: I know everyone has been getting pushy with tips, but putting on the wall suggested tip amount of over 25 percent is going to rub your clients the wrong way. I have been at this facility over 10+ times so Im writing this as a suggestion. Tips are discretionary and based off service. At bottom of receipt you could put suggestions of 15,18,20 percent. But current set up may not service well.

We had a 1:00 PM appointment for a couples massage, but the scheduling was very disorganized from the start. When we arrived, we were asked to come back 30 minutes later. When we returned at 1:30 PM, another couple was told to come back an hour later, and we overheard confusion at the front desk. The receptionist tried to put that couple in separate rooms even though they booked a couples massage, and then tried to put my husband and me in separate rooms as well. We declined and were asked to wait another 20 minutes. At that point, I questioned the purpose of having an appointment time and mentioned we would leave otherwise. Only then were we placed in a couples room. Less than a minute after being escorted to the room, two staff members walked into the room while we were getting undress

I had a strange experience here but I have never gotten a full body massage before so I will simply describe my experience and you may take that however you want. The waiting area was nice, they had comfortable couches and offered us water. They weren’t aware that we had a reservation for a couples fully body massage. They rushed us into a room and the woman almost walked away without telling us if we had to undress or anything. She told me to “leave underwear” then walked away. I left my underwear on and when the two masseuses came in the woman told me to take my bra off. I think traditionally you are supposed to undress to your comfort level. She started the massage with the blanket on and began with my glutes. She briefly massaged my upper back before pulling the blanket off. When sh
