Sakura Spa

I did not have the best time going to Sakura Spa. Parts of my experience were bad that I will not be counting against Sakura Spa: - I came in expecting a more deep tissue style massage, and I didn't get that. But that I feel may have just been due more to me not quite know what to expect. Google had told me they did massage therapy and deep tissue massage, but it seems they did not, and I still wanted to try it, if only to have a more informed opinion. - I will also admit the language barrier was a bit of an issue. - I arrive din time for my appointment and still had to wait ten extra minutes to get in, but I also understand they were understaffed, and I do not want to hold that against the parlor either. First time here was pretty good, kind of surprised me since it's such a small place in such a small town.. second time wasn't a dream but they did their best to make things right. I look forward to going back and getting a massage from a different person. 😁

First time was told was a full service massage, it's not. Second time,called made appointment for 30 minutes to drive there,and upon arrival was told they had taken a client and to come back in 30 minutes...I did, and again they have my appointment time to another client was told to come back in an hour. Total waste of my time !

First time going I was very satisfied with the massage very calm environment quiet allowing you to actually RELAX!!! instead of hearing people talk it's just the music and dim light I absolutely loved it will definitely be returning again!!!!

Been calling the last 2 days they say open but aren't. Call again second day lady says their open but she's in LA. Come in personally and the lady tells me I need to call. Well update the number to the land line. Never had a problem until now. Very disappointed
