Great service, cleanliness is their priority. My nails always look great no matter who takes care of me... I've been going here for 3 years and don't have one complaint. I like the amount of colors offered and the complementary drinks.

Long but necessary review: My friend raved about this salon so I drove nearly an hour for a SPA MANICURE appointment on 8/25/17. My friend made the appointment over a week prior and CONFIRMED WITH THE OWNER THE MORNING OF (her appointment was for a SPA pedicure and me for a SPA manicure). When we arrived for our appointment the appointments were not in the book. Owner wasn’t there, girls looked confused. One girl sat me in a chair and sat my friend in water for her pedicure (no one worked on my friend for nearly 40 minutes). I’m nearly 50 years old, I’ve had my share of good and bad manicures but this was definitely on my list of bad ones. I posted pictures, they tell for themselves. Cuticles barely trimmed. I made an appointment for my daughter's first full set of acrylic nails on one of the coldest days of the year. We were given the last appointment of the day. Due to traffic, (and we live 40min away) we called to let them know that we will be arriving late. They were sooo nice. Instead of cancelling or scheduling our appointment, they told us that they were going to wait for us. My daughter was attended by a very nice and professional young lady. She didn't rush us. She made sure that my daughter was happy with the results. Indeed my daughter LOVES her nails. It was better that what she had expected. I just moved to the area and was given the gift of a spa day from my Fiance as a graduation present. We invited our good friend to come with us as he has never had a pedicure, but had been interested in one. I did a lot of research prior and found this spa. I read all the reviews here and got a little scared by some of them, but I brushed them aside because the positives outweighed the negatives. I clicked on the link that was found here for their website and I searched through it. I stumbled upon the Specials section and was delighted to see a package for a spa manicure and spa pedicure for $40 that was only available on Thursdays! They do a really good job but there service has gone down. It’s the type of place to go alone though. I’ve brought people with me multiple times and no one seems to have the same experience I have had. I always have to try to make an excuse for them so my friends will come back with me. They are under staffed. Even when you go there you have to wait and most of the times I went with someone we had to go one at a time. Still though, I loved this place and this has been the only place I’ve gone to years now. But I am now going to be looking for a new place. I needed my nails done for Sunday. I called 3 days ago(Thursday) to make an appointment and the woman told me she had no one there to do it. I called the next day. Still, we’re too busy.
