Short answer: They are NOT licensed/ or even experienced enough to perform Brazilian waxes. DO NOT go here. In-depth answer: I booked a Brazilian wax online. The place has over four stars in Google Reviews, but those ratings are clearly not for waxing. Here is my experience on this service. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was not greeted when I walked in. I had to introduce myself and explain why I was there, which no big deal. The waxing area is only separated by a curtain, with other customers getting their hair done right next to you. Every time the curtain opened, people could see inside. I had to repeatedly cover myself. CLEANLINESS: The curtain has stains, the table was dirty, and the paper on the table was already crumpled from the previous client. There were stains on the curtains, the bed,

I have been using their services (threading, waxing, hair cutting and hair coloring) for a year now and I keep going back there every 10 days or so. Had my 3rd haircut there yesterday and unlike last two haircuts where I only opted for trimming to maintain some length I opted for changing the style and I think Bhavna did a great job. Krishna also does amazing job with hair in general as she did last two coloring and trimming for me. For eyebrow threading they have multiple people so you just have to try them and decide who works the best for you but they all are good in my opinion. Prices are a bit higher compare to other salons in the area but I don’t mind it because their work is good and salon is clean in general.

Very nice parlour. Nice staff always greet customers with a smile. Have been to this place more than 10 times . Came out happy and satisfied with their service. Prices are very reasonable. Regardless who attended me, all of the ladies did great job. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I got my eyebrows threaded here, and the experience was disappointing. There was still visible hair left even after she said she was done. I had to point it out twice and ask her to redo it, but the upper part of my eyebrows still wasn’t done properly. She didn’t use scissors to trim the longer hairs — just brushed them to the side. Each time I pointed out areas she missed, she seemed frustrated, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Very kind staff. Love the fact they offer almost professional level haircut at a very affordable price.
