Saige Boutique and Salon

If you are looking for a wonderful place to get your eyebrows threaded and more come see the beautiful ladies at Saige Boutique & Salon. They are located inside Beachwood Mall next to Nordstrom. Everytime I come in I'm greeted with the biggest smiles and welcome. The energy is positive, it's very clean, professional, and they get you in and out quickly. Sometimes there is a wait depending on when you come. I don't mind because there are many seats outside the salon where you can sit and wait and it's worth it. Not only do they thread eyebrows, they also have waxing services, eyebrow microblading, tinting, sugaring services, lashes, mini facials, and services for guys. Seline did a wonderful job on my brows as always and I will be back for sure. Thanks ladies!

I absolutely love this place for getting my eyebrows done! The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is truly incredible. They are very professional and always give you your appointment right on time, which I really appreciate. If you prefer, you can easily book your appointment through the app, which makes everything even more convenient. The best of all is Rawia. She does an amazing job every single time. She is so detailed and talented, and my eyebrows always look perfect when she’s done. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results! Ivon !

Amazing place to get your eyebrows pampered^.^ I was hesitant at first since waxing always made my eyebrows red after [I have eczema so my skin is naturally sensitive] Threading has been a GAME CHANGER! No redness post threading, my only regret is I wish I knew sooner! Highly recommend Rawia, she always takes great care of her clients^.^ Saige staff and the owner are all friendly and lovely too—since I’ve started coming here years ago. Hardly have ever had to wait long whenever I did a walk in, unless it’s extremely busy of course, but even then they all work quickly and efficiently~

Edit: 2/11/2026 I read your reply and it is disappointing. No apologies for the crass behavior of your employee, disregard of my explanations and why it took time for me to even write this. It’s funny, you say that your employees would never behave in the fashion i described, but someone else complained about that same woman in another google review :). You should go back and check it out. It has the picture of that employee and all! As for your abiding by Ohio law when it comes to waxing services, we’ll let the board of cosmetology decide that :) It took me a while to leave this review because I don’t like leaving bad ones.
