Sai Threading Salon

I used to love coming here for YEARS with the owner. My last two visits were far from the great service this place is known to provide. First, the new woman who covers Saturdays, would not wax my eyebrows and insisted on threading. We went back and forth and I gave in and just got them threaded. Cleaning up my eyebrows felt very aggressive. I'm used to them gently brushing away any hair they removed that might be in the way of their work and this woman aggressively wipes my eyes with her hands and pokes me in the eye every time. She'll ask if the threading hurts but my reaction is in response to how aggressive she handles my brows that end up looking VERY THIN. I went to her two times and both times I left incredibly dissatisfied by the quality of service and how thin my eyebrows were left

I love this salon! Nidhi is so sweet does a excellent job waxing and tinting my eyebrows. Always super kind, quick and professional. I would absolutely recommend this salon to my friends and family!

I don’t know how I feel of this place bc I didn’t voice I just wanted them cleaned, i’ve been growing them out for months and trying to get them back to my original eyebrows. The top is what I had and the was what I pretty much wanted middle is what I got. They just feel way too thin. I feel like they took too much out from the bottom yes, the eyebrow itself looks great, but not on my face. That is extremely round. It looks like two little parentheses on my face I had asked for them just to wax them, but they still threaded them and waxed the pro is that they were gentle but definitely voice what you need to do because mine just feels way too thin. Yes, at least they come out even but I’m still just not sure how you feel about this place for the price yes I guess it’s worth it but definite

I hate that I have to post this , but I feel like I stayed quiet for a while , and it bothers me because I used to love this establishment ( I thought I was a customer for life) The owner , Anu , is the biggest sweetheart. She literally makes sure you leave happy and is a perfectionist at her job . However , Dee, the woman who covers when Anu is not present, was available one day in January, of this past year .I trusted her to do a good job , since I had been to her before. I left really upset though because my skin broke out for 3 days , and I ended up with a bacterial infection on my private area (front and back) - confirmed by my family practitioner - after my brazillian wax. I'm no longer comfortable going to the salon because of the poor job and circumstance.

The hours are 10AM Monday - Saturday - it was not open when I arrived at 10:05 AM - that is terrible business practice. Such a shame they don’t value customer time.
