Sai Eyebrow Threading

Honestly I used to go here a lot ! Yesterday went in with my mom and it was empty . got my eyebrows threaded and honestly I feel like the manager was really distracted with people coming in after that honestly she didn’t clean my eyebrows right , I went home and clean it myself and noticed I still have hair , honestly feel like they should take time with there clients if they are going to want more business coming in. make sure to get all hairs out because of the money being paid too been going up each year and it’s literally $12 not bad but for it to be nice and clean. feel like she also messed up my shape , I have full eyebrows and it looks like she took more out in the edges from the middle and the other one looks fine but now I have to get it filled in as well. Thank you so much to Swati for taking me in as the last customer of the day. She was so sweet and thorough with her work. You can tell that she is experienced and really cares about her clients. I came here to get a lash lift and left with an amazing job done, plus a whole bunch of amazing handmade jewelry pieces, candles, and a bag, and a hat! Swati told me that if for any reason I'm not satisfied, I can come back within 2 days for a fixing. I'm so happy with the results of my lash lift and will definitely come back again :)

I went three years ago and it’s the last time I got my eyebrows done at any place. Horrible experience, I should’ve left when the lady before me asked to speak with the manager over a lash lift. I had to fix them myself at home. My eyebrows looked worse than how I walked in. I only do them myself at home now. I went here because of the good reviews but left questioning how they have good rating.

I loved getting my eyelashes lifted, Karen was unbelievably kind, patient, and welcoming. The environment is relaxing and it smells amazing in there! She really knew what she was doing and I could not be happier with my eyelash lift!!!! I definitely plan on coming again :) super price friendly for students too

Love this place! They always do a great job. One of my most favorite thing about this threading salon specifically is that they always double check. Thank you again for always being so detail oriented.
