Sahara Oasis Massage

I have been trying to use a Groupon that I purchased almost a month ago. Every time I call they tell me they’re booked for two weeks if I want to use the Groupon, or I have the option to pay an extra $10 fee to get an appointment same day. I asked them when the next available appointment is for the Groupon to be used and they told me two weeks, but only on weekdays, which the Groupon never states. Sounds like they are making extremely hard to use your Groupon/honor it

I visited as a walk-in, intending to receive a standard foot massage at the general price point I am familiar with, which is often reflected by their widely advertised Groupon rate. The total cost I was asked to pay was nearly DOUBLE the lowest advertised rate. When I inquired about the significant price discrepancy, the employee offered two questionable and misleading explanations that felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic: False Service Distinction: I was told that the foot massage I requested was somehow "different" from the one advertised at the lower rate, despite the service description being vague and matching general expectations. I specifically asked for shoulders and neck shoulders calves and feet and 45 minutes of the massage was sent on my arms. I reminded The woman I wanted my neck rubbed, she lauged. The staff was very cold and unprofessional just like this environment and temperature of establishment. It was freezing and to be frankly honest I wanted to get up and leave halfway through the Massage. She put a ton of oil in my hair without even asking me and scratched and scratched and scratched my head to the point that it was so uncomfortable. I will never again return here

Lisa is the best possible massage therapist you can expect to find. If you truly need or simply enjoy massage you have to experience one time. Trust me on this one.
