Got my nails done yesterday. Tried for the first time gel x because the nail tech told me they “last longer” than acrylic nails. Not even 24 hours and already one nail popped off. So disappointed. Never doing this nails style again. Also, when I paid for my nails I was given back only $5 dollars and the lady was putting $20 dollars in a ziplock without telling me. I told her to please give me my money so that I can personally give a tip to the nail tech. I did not like that I wasn’t given my exact change and keeping a certain amount. This is very unprofessional. Edit— I was able to get the nail fixed however, the job was badly done. The color red is a different color to my other nails and the nail drip design is completely different to the other pinky nail. I felt the nail tech did it su

Love this place! Took me a little while to find em but happy my best friend recommended em! Trish is amazing and ill never go anywhere else! The 40 min drive is definitely worth it in my book! Thank yall for always squeezin' me in and thank yall for always being so kind.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a couple months now and I’ve had a great experience every time. The staff are always friendly, working with what your vision/desire is & the space is very clean too. Normally I get just a solid color with dip, but this last time I got a design and they nailed the look I wanted. My husband and I have also done pedicures here and enjoyed them as well. Prices here are about what you’d see everywhere else around the area too!

Having recently completed my move from Chicago to Waddell, it was time for a manicure and pedicure to help repair all the damage that moving and hauling boxes inflicts on your hands. A quick Google maps search of my area revealed that about 2 miles from my house was Saguaro Nails and Spa. I decided to walk-in and they were ready and willing. The salon is mainly in white, very modern and clean looking, with a huge crystal chandelier. The pedicure chairs have a very capable seat and back massaging capability with controls on the armrest. Kate, my technician, worked very diligently and efficiently. I had the basic pedicure (which includes a 5 minute calf and foot massage) and the upgraded manicure (which includes a paraffin dip, 5 minute forearm & hand massage and hot roll on my neck). I a

I have been here several times. I made an appointment yesterday for 10 o'clock today. I got there right at 10 and checked in. I sat down and looked for nail colors. There were about 4 more people that came in after me. They all got in before me. I waited twenty five minutes and got very frustrated and left. I make appointments, so I don't have to wait. I will never be back! There are way too many other nail choices in Surprise!
