Sage Transformations @ Massage Crested Butte

I walked into Sage Transformations expecting a massage and Aura cleansing, but I received so much more. Helen was the healer I didn't know that I needed, but am so glad I stumbled upon. She listened with care and intent and provided a session that was physically and emotionally healing and nurturing, creating a safe space for me to be open and honest with my challenges so she could focus on how to focus our session. She provided an intuitive chakra cleanse in addition to an incredible massage that left me feeling light and relaxed. I would highly recommend her services!

Helen is one of the most genuine and kind souls I’ve met. I thought a massage and aura healing would be a nice reset.
