I had the best massage from Brittney last week! The whole vibe of the studio is so warm, welcoming and relaxing. Brittney gave a great massage and found some areas that needed some extra love, she gave me some great tips on how to stretch those pain points! Can't recommend Sage Lotus enough!

I’ve been going to SLH for about a couple years now and experienced a few different therapists’s techniques and everyone staffed has been my experiences worthwhile. I work two different jobs involving sitting all shift and walking all shift and to say that the relief I feel leaves me rejuvenated would be an understatement. My husband gifted me a prenatal massage for Christmas- I booked with Jessica and it was the BEST gift ever. In my third trimester and she kept me relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I felt amazing during and after!

The building from the outside looks a little questionable but when you go upstairs it’s like a whole new world. It is done in a very relaxing atmosphere. You forget all about the outside world. I have had a couple of hot stone massages with Cari and she is so caring and has a calming manner. Cari makes it so relaxing. They are my go to place from now on.

My husband and I both had a massage from Brittney! We like a deep massage and she did not disappoint. I was a little nervous as I had a hip replacement in April, but she was gentle around that area and was able to work out a huge knot in my shoulder that had been causing discomfort. I also added in cupping (the best)! Will be booking again soon!
