I’ve gotten my hair braided a few times and never left disappointed! Her braids are really top tier! Especially as a tender headed client it literally feels like she’s barely touching my hair, & the braids are always secure! Recently got boho braids and they are by far my favorite, will definitely be back before my maternity leave!

My first visit was a great experience, but during my next appointment, I encountered an issue that I wanted to highlight in hopes of helping improve the overall customer experience. Regarding the booking and hair drop-off policy. Currently, the policy states that hair should be dropped off /delivered at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, which is understandable. However, from a customer’s perspective, there can be some confusion. For example, if a service is still available for booking within that 72-hour window, it gives the impression that the appointment can go ahead—even if there’s no flexibility to accommodate a delayed hair drop-off. All of my experiences have been nothing but amazing!! I have been getting my hair braided for the last 4 years and only let Jazz do my hair. Told her I was tender headed. She dug the metal rat tail comb into my scalp hard every time she parted hair. Braided my hair too tight. I left with my scalp red and hurting. After she finished the style she recorded me without asking. She had judge Judy on her tv which was negative and unpleasant. Overall unpleasant experience.

Before my appointment, I had a video Appt to meet her and allow her to see my hair. She was so pleasant and easily entreated. I dropped off my hair before hand, per her policy, and at my Appt, the setting was very comfortable. We watched some great shows on television and the install of my knotless braid was absolutely pain free. Literally, I left there and could put my hair in a bun same day with zero tension and zero pain. I highly recommend her services. I know she will be on maternity leave soon and I’m sad because I wanted my hair done before my own maternity leave. Maybe she will return by then… but definitely hurry and book your Appt while you can. She’s worth it!!
