Horrible customer service, just left out of there. It says walk-ins welcome go in and that was not the case… they clearly speak English however she gets on the phone I’m assuming to ask if she can take a customer, now they have to speak a different language. Also it smells really bad, they try and mask it with incense but that made it worse.

Quoted me a price on the phone, I verified it when I arrived. Once I was in the chair, the braider started increasing the price, saying Safee (the owner) quoted me incorrectly. Seven months later I returned. Again, I was quoted a price before service, once I was in Safee’s chair, she started increasing the price. This time I got up to leave, she started lowering the price. We then agreed on a price. When she started braiding, she tried increasing the price again. This is how they HUSTLE their customers! This low quality of professionalism far out weighs the good braids. What incentive do they have to be better and do better if we continue patronizing this establishment. I’ll never return!!!

Called to see if they were taking walk-in customers, was told to come on down. Entered the shop and the place was filthy. Hair and stains everywhere. The owner was rude and nasty. She was very reluctant to answer any questions and was being obnoxiously loud when talking to the other braiders. The other ladies braiding were very unprofessional as well. And they didn't seem to show any consideration for their clients either. My 2 feed-ins are frizzy and slightly uneven. Treated my god-mother for Mother's Day and she was equally disappointed. Horrible experience, will never ever go back.

Very terrible experience. My mother was getting medium sized box braids when I walked in to check on her. I decided because they were braiding quite fast, I would get my 15 yr old daughter’s hair done in larger box braids. The two women looked at each other and kept talking in their language (as if they were irritated trying to figure out who felt like braiding another head) so I said I mean we can come back tomorrow which was a Saturday and they agreed. Well even though they braid fast they braid soooo tight. On day 3, my mom cut two braids out the back because it was bothering her and the pain wasn’t letting up. She had to sleep on a recliner sitting up for the first 3 days. My daughter and I went to Forever 21 trying on clothes and this girl had braids coming out everywhere..she told me

Safee is very good braiding your hair. I have been going to her in my early 30's and now in my 50's. She is very patient. Your braids will be the same size all the way around
