Got my hair braided straight back, took longer than I thought, and was not able to get 3 rows done before work, so I then was not able to get it done. The braider told me to come back the next day. I wanted to, but had my life get hard to deal with, and time was just bad. I loved the right side of my head and just was sad to see the left, not their fault bad timing and wasn't able to make it to my appointment that day on time although the day prior I was able to be free bit communication was messed up and she forgot that she booked me although great service if u need something they will get it for u 🖤

I love this beauty supply. I don’t live in the area but every time I come by once a quarter to get supplies for my siblings hair it’s a pleasant experience from start to finish. I trust the advice I get about the products I’m getting and my results are exactly as I envision every time

My mom gets her hair done from here, when she comes home it NEVER DISAPPOINTS she always seems really happy, the customer service is TOP TIER, and prices are very much reasonable. We will always love this place.

DO NOT GO HERE I accept your apology but that does not erase the experience. Several conversations later, Mary(owner) knew what I was looking for and wanted in a wig install. She said she could sew the wig to fit my head frame and assured me everything was good. I waited 1hr. 20 mins. after arrival, paid $55 dollars (according to customer service) for a consultation, wig install and style. She put the wig on my head and told me the wig fits fine so I believed her (she lied); Basically, I walked out with a consultation I never received, a wig too big for my head and, the hair style I didn't get. My experience with Mary was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! She didn't sew the wig at all, didn't know how to 'blend' a wig and she wasn't up front with me about it. If she wasn't prepared for me she should
