Sacred Waves Myofascial Release

I have had many therapeutic massages with Jen. She has created a space with a Zen feel combined with a relaxing afternoon on the beach vibe. The ocean waves audio combined with the slight vibrations of her massage table along with Jen's quiet strength and positive energy transfer leads to a restorative session that melts stress away. I highly recommend Jen's practice.

I had never heard of Myfascial release before, until it was suggested by a friend I train with for muscle stiffness & pain. Jennifer was great at explaining the process and getting my muscles, joints & body feeling the way they should. Stretching no longer comes with pain. 5 Stars!
