Stephanie has a gift! She put me at ease. I felt comfortable from start to finish. She is educated, passionate, and professional. It was truly an enlightening and rejuvenating experience. She gave guidance throughout and cares about YOU. I'm looking forward to seeing her again soon so I can feel as empowered as I do now. Also, to experience what other services she offers. This was by FAR the best spa/massage therapy session I’ve ever had. What I love about Stephanie’s technique is it goes above and beyond just lying on a table and getting a massage. I came to her with chronic back pain/sciatica as well as carrying the heaviness of post-partum depression. She prefaced our session so perfectly saying, “You’re safe, and this is the only place you need to be right now.” As a working mom who is always on the go, I needed to hear that. Stephanie was so professional, and you can tell she is truly an empath; making sure that every second I had with her counted. She genuinely cared about my time there. This place is so great! This was my first time at a sauna and Steph was really welcoming, explaining the towels, temperature, music. When I left I felt very relaxed and my muscles felt all loose. I love that we have this in our area. Will be trying it again soon. Highly recommend.

SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy was just the ticket for me! Stephanie is aHmaZing and knew exactly what my body was needing. The infrared sauna is beautiful and topped off my experience at the spa. I walked out feeling....ahhHHH soooo good!! Mmmmm! Highly recommend!
