My daughter is a dancer and has been seeing Leigh Ann now for several months. Her insight and expertise has been amazing in helping keep her healthy and strong. She’s incredibly kind, flexible, and knowledgeable. So happy we were introduced to her and feel completely comfortable in her hands.

Leigh Ann was amazing! I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage but had to change plans at the last minute due to flight issues. She was very accommodating and let me rebook my time for a 60 minute aromatherapy massage. She was very responsive during the treatment and also gave space for silence, checking in when needed. She went above and beyond when I arrived, letting me leave my luggage in the main room and wait in the lobby afterward while I booked an uber. 100% would recommend her if you need massage services. Payment was quick and simple.

I have been searching for a place that does real yoga for a while. I’m not interested in a gym class— I want to connect with my body in a healing, attentive way. This studio is amazing. I’ve come to three classes so far and each instructor is fantastic. They are well-trained and highly experienced teachers who bring a gentle challenge and presence to their classes. I love how they tailor their instruction to individual needs providing bolsters and blankets as necessary. I’ve been to most of the yoga studios in East Orlando, Oviedo, and Winter Springs, and I give Sacred Moments my highest recommendation

I love this studio ! I had been looking for a studio that wasn’t focusing on yoga just as exercise and I finally found it here! Although they do have a wide range of classes and offer new ideas ( for example different styles of dance focus ), I typically do the yoga. Each of the various instructors bring different gifts to help my practice and it’s exciting to learn from each and every one of them! I highly recommend this lovely center. The people and the environment create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages you in your own individual practice as well as giving you sense of community. I started to come to Sacred Moments and Healing Center when a massage appointment at another spa got canceled. The day it was canceled, I call Sacred Moments. Leigh Ann has an availability that afternoon. Oh my goodness, the best massage ever. I knew I had found my place. While there, and after telling her what was bothering me with my body, she introduced me to Dr. Hudson. He talked to me, and I just knew he was the answer. I had been going to a chiropractor for over two years with no relief from my neck and back pain. One session with him, and once again I knew I had found my place.
