Sacred Mind Body Soul Massage

I've had a lot of massages in my day, and good ones too, but this exceeded them all; Noel is, hands down, the absolute best massage therapist I have been to. I needed targeted work as well as a relaxing/stress reduction massage and she managed all of that with some bonus educational wisdom. She knows what she's doing and genuinely cares about healing you and providing services beyond what you are looking for. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment in, you will be a happy camper... kinda dangerous because you'll want to go daily.

Noel is excellent, she takes the time to find and treat what the patient needs, and she takes her time to make sure the massage if done for treatment is done right and you get release of the muscles. She cares deeply about her clients and their well-being and wanting them to feel healthy and her work has made a difference for you. Deffinantly worth the time if your hurting or you just want a relaxing massage, Noel is the one to go to.

Noel is a wonderful massage therapist, she knows her stuff! She made me feel incredibly comfortable in her space while also keeping a professional attitude. My shoulders feel so much better after her working on me. Will be coming back again!

Where to even begin. Noel is nothing short of phenomenal. Read that again; PHENOMENAL. To echo similar sentiments to all other reviews, she will change your life. I am someone who lives with chronic illness and subsequent pain. Her skills are unparalleled to anything I have ever experienced in my decade of seeking out therapeutic massage. On top of all of that, she validates your pain and even finds the spots you didn't know where tight, and she truly prioritizes your health and wellbeing. I have NEVER had an experience like I had with Noel and it will have me driving 6 hours to come see her when I can. Let this be your sign if you're even just thinking about going to see her, seriously, do it. Hands down the best care I have received in quite a long time, cannot recommend her enough.
