They need to work on professionalism. Having customers waiting outside for an appointment and then you don't show is not how to conduct business. You call for an Appointment and get no call or text back,as if they don't want or need your business.And if someone turns you on to more customers that person should get a little bit of a discount even if its just 10 dollars. Especially during these times any business someone brings you should be greatly appreciated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this salon. we as a manority need to work on being nice, kind, welcoming, and Professional; this not being constantly done keeps us from getting business continually. Hope they change for their own good.
I used the massage chair and it was AMAZING. All the stylists are really nice and accommodating. I especially enjoy eyelash extensions with Paige and will not go to any other place for my eyebrow wax. Did I mention her facials are divine??
The salon is friendly they treat the customers as Queens. I am thankful for the privilege to be one of their customers.
