S nail bar

I have been coming here for 3 years now. I have recommended friends and family and the service has always been decent. I would usually request Michael when making an appointment because he always goes above and beyond. Today I was a walk-in due to my busy schedule and not being able to call ahead. Either way a good job is expected. I was sat with Jennifer until another customer came in and I was moved to another seat. I’m not sure what the guys name was but I told him I had already asked for short almond. As he was shaping he asked if they looked good, to which I asked if he could make them sharper or narrower. The second time I kindly asked if he thought these were almond and he said “what do you mean are these almond.” So I decided to not say anything else. These nails are thick, bumpy

This place is great! Their pedicures are amazing and really well priced! The Sportif Spa pedicure is my favorite! I really love the orange slice and candle wax, my legs feel so smooth after!

Very disappointing! I stopped here as I just moved to the area and my regular nail bar is out of the way by 30 minutes. The staff was nice, store was decorated nicely also and I had a minimal wait time. However once I was sat my nail tech was constantly getting up to go do other things and work on other people. When she was sitting working on me it was like a race, how fast could she finish. She would get up, go do something else to another client and then come back to start again seemingly forgetting where she stopped with me. My nails are very poor quality. They are uneven in length and thickness for both hands, some are even crooked with very rough edges. I went in for a simple manicure with dip instead of gel polish On my natural nail. No special designs. My nail tech did not give me a manicure at all, she only did the dip and the powder at the end was caked all over my hands. She seemed to be rushing, and it was pretty painful. My right thumb ended up bleeding a little bit… I was then charged $40 for the service even though the manicure itself was never provided. Very disappointed and I will not be returning as this is not the first time I have had issues at this location.

I’ve given this salon two chances now, and unfortunately, both visits left me disappointed. Most recently, I booked a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was a completely different experience. The nail tech seemed rushed and was a bit rough with my hands, which made the service uncomfortable. She didn’t ask if I liked the finished look, and I could still see my natural nails through the polish. Maybe that’s standard with two coats, but I wasn’t given the chance to give any feedback. I felt unwelcome and just wanted to leave. This was actually my second visit, hoping for a better experience. The first time, I had a gel polish manicure and left with uneven nail shapes—even after growing my natural nails out so they could be filed properly. Some nails were bubbl
