It was a amazing experience the service was amazing and I was in and out 10/10

They Charged me $220 for some medium knotless and these don’t even look like medium. they did medium in the back then start doing whatever size in the top, like its giving they was tryna rush and leave at 6:00pm. this wasn’t worth no $220 and im disappointed,

They do nice styles but they are dirty and not worth it. They do not use clean towels neither do they clean their combs or brushes. They pass them from head to head. I will never go back. They charge less but it’s so not worth it especially risking some type of infection/ bacteria to your scalp. If you don’t believe me just go there watch. She states they wash their towels weekly. Multiple heads done daily but you only wash those dirty 4 towels you all share weekly. I rest my case.

I called to get my faux locs taken out and they started my hair the next hour, which was great. Unfortunately, they cut my hair in multiple places and did not say anything either. I found out after I left and started washing my hair. They also tried to comb out the braids around my edges without detangling. I told them to stop prior to doing them all but they did pull out some of my edges. Even though they saved me a lot of time, unfortunately I will not be returning.
