I came here to get my full face done. The lady Gayathri was very rude and disrespectful to me as I requested part of my face to be wax and thread. She remarked “it’s too much for her”. She then refused to do my eyebrows. This is my first time here. It was very poor experience. I will not come back here! However, Mona another employee did my eyebrows as I waited on her for over 10 minutes. She did an excellent job. She was nice! I left this place distraught after my first and last experience.

I checked out the salon as a friend suggested it due to their pretty good pricing. unfortunately, the service I asked, which was eyebrow and upper lip wax left me bleeding and with skin irritation which is not uncommon due to the polyester thread they use. However, I asked for WAX. I informed the woman that I wanted to wax repeatedly not thread,she still did threading after waxing.

I give this place 10/10. I travel from Brooklyn, NY to get my eyebrow threaded from this salon. They have always been so nice and sweet from the moment you walk in, if it’s crowded they take your number and call you when it’s your turn. I had very thin eyebrows, the tech gave me some techniques to do at home and my eyebrows started to naturally fill in, and when I come to get the shape it looks fabulous when I leave. I usually tint my eyebrows as well and they always give me the perfect shade to my skin tone. What more can I say, I will travel to wherever they go to get my brows done.

I love this place to death! Dede is the best. I go to her all the time. She threads/wax my eyebrows and cleans up my face as well. The service is amazing. Everyone is sweet and specializes in different things perfectly. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone! Ask for Dede when you go, she will never disappoint.

The ladies here at S&D are so welcoming and friendly! Durga has been doing my eyebrows since 2017! She always keeps them looking arched and healthy she has a gentle approach and knows best!
