I recently had a pedicure done at Rye Nails and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, the salon felt very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff was friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. They took their time, paid close attention to detail, and even spent extra time making sure everything looked exactly the way I wanted. The design came out so nice and better than I expected, which made the results even more special. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and extremely happy with how my nails turned out. This place was terrible. I just left from Getting my nails done by Sue. She seemed angry and not suit for a job in nail services. This place also re uses very old nail files. She filed my nails on her own without asking what shape I wanted, moved super fast like she was ready to get it done with asap. She also used the electric tool to remove my gel nail polish which made my nails super thin and weak. Edited now a week later and multiple nails are broken (mind you I have pretty strong natural nails). She then used the wet towel underneath my hands to wipe down my hands, then wiped the surface THEN HERSELF AND THEN USED IT FOR MY HANDS AGAIN??? I had a slight break in one of my nails after removing my gel so she glued it quickly and proceeded to only put one coat on that nail (it’s a she

Decently priced, clean, peaceful, nice staff. However, I went in about a week ago to get a gel manicure. I wanted milky white, I showed a picture. Explained. They acted like it was something complicated. I have natural long almond shape. It took me about 6 months to grow them out. 5 different technicians came ones to ask if I had tips. When the old gel was removed 2 technicians filed my nails at the same time. With the filing machine. That you use to remove gel or glue. They filed my material mail almost to the mail bed. To the point where it hurt. And even with 3 coats for gel polish my nails are weak and thin. This morning I woke up and my thumb nail is broken. I will never use this salon again.

Very friendly and welcoming, i know that there are so many nail shops but this place is comfortable and reliable. They listen to what you want done, i wanted my nails to blend in and have a clean polished look and we have achieved just that! Thank you always for the warm professional service everyone!
