I knew the owner on a very personal basis, as a family friend, until she estranged herself by accusing my then 15-year-old brother, who at that point refused to swear unless to emphasize something, of calling her a few very inappropriate words we all know for a fact he never did and never would say, but this isn't about the personal review. It's about her professional review. My parents helped her with plenty of payments and she very rarely paid them back, though to pay back mine and my mother's personal assistance, she'd give us unpaid manicures. She did so for me twice, and she technically was supposed to a third time, which she never did. I don't even really like my nails being painted, but it's not like she would've paid me back for the work I helped her with, which wasn't easy. She'

I didn't want to do this but I have no choice. I prepaid Cassandra Hamlin $100 for services I never received. I was supposed to have a Boudoir photo session. It never happened after she made multiple promises. She refuses to refund me. Do NOT book anything with her! Very bad business practices! @highlight

I love this place! The wonderful staff offer a wide variety of services, and you’re sure to love the results of anything you get done! Cassandra always does a phenomenal job on my lash lift and tint. She’s quick, attentive, and very reasonably priced. My lashes turn out perfect every single time, and the tint and lift last just over two months for me! If you’ve been wanting to get your lashes done, or if you’re just looking for a new lash lady, Cassandra is the best in town! She also offers several other services, and she does fantastic nails. The environment is very clean and welcoming. You’re sure to feel at home the second you walk in the door. All of the staff members are awesome and very friendly. Give this place a try! I had a hydrojelly facial, along with a lash lift and tint. I have curly lashes that grow in all sorts of wonky directions, so I loved the long, perfectly curved and dark lashes when it was done. Cassandra was very kind and professional, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable while she worked on my face and lashes - I definitely recommend her services!
