Rutter’s Barber Shop

Walked in to this barber shop hoping to get my 7 year old a hair cut and I barely took a step in the door before I was told they don't take kids that young and they are appointment only. I understand people can do whatever they want with their businesses rules. But it just came off as rude. I told the guy I must have been mistaken because I thought my friend took his son there. And he immediately wanted to know who my friend was. Would my son be good enough for an appointment if we knew one of your clients? I didn't notice any signage stating no kids or appointment only. But if there are signs, more visable ones would be appreciated. It didn't feel great for my son to be dismissed in that way. I will say it looked clean, and smelled good for the 3 seconds I was there.

The best barber around! Matt does an amazing job, straight razor shaving the sides of my Mohawk and finishes it off with a relaxing hot towel!! He’s always professional and knowledgeable, and has all around friendly environment. He also carry top of the line hair and beard products. I will never go anywhere else for my hair.

Wow...Matt is awesome. Extremely skilled, professional and interesting.... Not gonna lie- walking in i was a little nervous- it's like walking into an old school 1950s barber shop- but im so glad I went!! Got the best shave and haircut of my LIFE! He has amazing knowledge and top quality grooming products! So glad I took a chance and went !! I'll def b back! Thanks! Takes his time and loves what he does u can TELL

After many seriously 'bad ' haircuts from a horrible neighbor (my son's fathers choice not mine) been fired or let go from every salon she's worked at and now only works out of her house and isn't working anywhere doing haircuts during the day!! Matt took his time and made sure that my son's haircut was perfect right down to the very last hair Piece of hair! I was literally floored watching him cut my son's hair..you can tell that Matt takes pride in his job and enjoys what he does! I am DEFINITELY going to return there for both my son's Haircuts!!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Matt!!!!! 5++ stars!!!
