Vivian was the sweet lady who did my nails and did such an incredible job! She was able to recreate the nails I desired to a T! just by looking at an inspo picture I pulled from Pinterest!! There wasn’t one flaw and had me out the chair in a breeze so timely. Definitely is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to locally in Rapid!! She’s the best and there other services they offer are just as good. Head there they have the best quality nails, salon and staff!!!💅🏼💕

I went here for the first time to get my nails done and they were very kind! It didn’t take too long and the attention to detail was much appreciated. I showed him my inspiration picture and my nails look exactly like it. The environment was really friendly and it was a fun time!

Extremely Disappointed with Rushmore Nails My friends and I booked a 10:30 AM appointment at Rushmore Nails in Rapid City for 11/08 to celebrate a birthday with a girls’ nail day. What should have been a fun, relaxing experience turned into a frustrating mess. We arrived on time, but weren’t even acknowledged for 30 minutes. When we were finally seated, we were split up, so much for celebrating together. I asked for white dip powder, but the technician gave me clear dip with white gel polish instead, something I never agreed to. When I returned from washing my hands, someone else was already in my chair, and my nails were a mess with polish all over my fingers. He refused to clean it up. i absolutely love how they do my nails! and they’re always so kind and have great attitudes and make me feel comfortable, i just got them finished and they look absolutely amazing! they kept them the same length and shape!

Came to get my acrylics removed and apply a gel manicure. I felt so uncomfortable with my nail tech. She seemed pissed I wanted my acrylics off. I only got them done for my wedding and now that the wedding was over I wanted them off. She was very aggressive as she pulled, pushed and slapped my hands. No small talk. Treated me like an idiot. Made my finger bleed. Overall sloppy job on my manicure. Never returning. Im sick of these nail salons.
