Great attention was given to every detail, and the color turned out exactly how I wanted. The result looks amazing, and I’m very happy with it. The overall experience was comfortable and relaxing, and I truly appreciate the care and effort put into the work. Highly recommend!

Ugh I loved my experience at Rupa’s spa. The owner is gentle, patient, and kind. I came in as a walk in the afternoon during the week and was out in 10 minutes. Love her work too! Eyebrows are perfectly symmetrical and she listened when I asked her not to make them too thin. Will definitely be back!

I came for eyebrows and upper lip waxing. First off the person who did the threading was absolutely not hospitable. No hi, no hello, no smile (anyways face was covered with masks) no warmth whatsoever. When she started doing the eyebrows it was too painful. She didn’t even apply powder before she started and I had to request for it for the second eyebrow. Didnt give me the mirror after the eyebrows was done. And after the upper lip waxing she didn’t even check if it’s all done properly. Just shoved the mirror on my face and I had to point out few baby hairs on my lips and she started threading and said cannot apply wax again. Ive extra sensitive skin around my lips, which is why i prefer waxing in the first place. When i saw in the mirror, i realised the eyebrow was not done well. There we
