Runway Salon & Head Spa

I cannot say enough good things about Runway Salon and my stylist Alex. I came in feeling discouraged after a bad haircut and color from my previous stylist. My hair was uneven, the color was off, and honestly I didn’t think it could be fixed without cutting a lot of length. Alex took the time to really listen, look at what was going on, and walk me through a plan to correct it. The care, patience, and skill they showed was incredible. Not only did Alex fix the issues — they completely transformed my hair. The color now has beautiful dimension and warmth, the cut falls perfectly, and my hair finally looks healthy and polished again. I walked out feeling confident and so grateful. I had the head spa. I really enjoyed it. It was really relaxing and my head feels amazing. Clean and organized salon. Easy parking. I will say there was a pretty hard sales pitch on products.

My first visit to Runway - I came for a basic brow waxing and Valentine's Day manicure. Everyone at the salon was so genuinely kind and welcoming, which made my day. I worked with Alex, who was great. Ava also did a beautiful job with my nails. I am very pleased. Excellent customer service and a positive experience all around.

Amazing amazing amazing. Alex = AMAZING. WOW, the salon…stunning. Receptionist was incredibly welcoming, I appreciate the tour of the salon as a new client so you feel extra comfortable and aware of all their services (head spa, I’ll be back for you) they have it all! You know you’re in good hands when you’re at a Kerastase/L’oreal salon. I’m a former hair dresser and trained at a Kerstase salon with high standards, I could tell Runway has them too. I came to Alex with a botched bob (done by me because the prior haircut was awful and I had no choice but to take it short) I kept cutting at it because I couldn’t take it and finally sleuthed the salons near me for someone capable of a detailed cut. She truly listened to what I had been through and what I wanted and oh em gee did she deliver,

I am very particular about my hair and trust very few people with it. My husband gifted me the Head Spa Royale package for Valentine’s Day, and it was an incredible experience. Kimber’s knowledge about scalp health and individual hair needs is truly impressive. The entire appointment was both relaxing and informative. I left feeling refreshed and confident in her expertise. Kimber has earn my full trust- I will be returning!
